      从某市146篇幼教参赛论文中,分析出幼儿教师科研意识不强、教科研知识欠缺及教科研能力不足的教科研素养现状。导致这一现状的原因主要有自信心不足、积极性不高等内因和职前职后教科研方法教育缺位、幼教科研不受重视及缺乏指导与合作等外因。通过在培养和培训中夯实幼儿教师的教科研素养基础、在实践和反思中形成幼儿教师教科研素养、在支持与指导下提升幼儿教师的教科研素养有利于循序渐进地提升幼儿教师的教科研素养
英文摘要:
      By analyzing the 146 papers of preschool education in a certain city, we have come to the conclusion that the teaching and scientific research consciousness of kindergarten teachers is not very strong. Their teaching and scientific research knowledge is not enough and their teaching and scientific research ability is insufficient . The reason why the situation is this is that there are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors, such as the teachers are lack of self-confidence and personal interest; external factors, such as there are not enough scientific research methods teaching from the pre -career to the post-career. In the meanwhile, we haven’t pay enough attention to the kindergarten educational research and it is lack of guidance and cooperation. This thesis tries to come up with three ways to enhance the kindergarten teachers' teaching ability and scientific research literacy in the hope that it will help to improve their scientific research literacy step by step. The three suggestions are as followings: building a solid scientific research basis for the kindergarten teachers through cultivating and training, helping them form the scientific literacy in the process of practice and reflection and giving the support and guidance to enhance kindergarten teachers’ teaching and scientific research literacy.
