      当前国家高度重视学前教育的发展,我国学前教育迎来了高速发展和质量快速提升的良机。在幼儿园教师专业发展领域,新手、熟手和专家型幼儿园教师都会面临职业技能、职业人际和职业环境方面的困惑,对幼儿园教师的职业困境及应对策略进行探讨,寻求通过此方面的努力,促进幼儿园教师的专业发展,稳定教师队伍,进而提高我国学前教育的质量。
英文摘要:
      At present, China pays great attention to the development of preschool education, which makes preschool education usher into rapid development and quality upgrading. In the field of kindergarten teacher's professional development, newly recruited, senior and expert kindergarten teachers are all confronted with confusion in vocational skills, professional interpersonal relationship and occupational environment. The paper probes into the dilemma and countermeasures of preschool teacher’s professional development, trying to provide suggestions for preschool teacher’s professional development and for the stabilization of teachers’ team and thus improving the quality of preschool education.
