      当下幼儿园新任园长任职资格培训工作中存在新园长自身专业发展能力有限、培训组织管理机制不健全、培训制度不完善等问题。以西安市幼儿园园长岗位任职资格培训项目为例,从新任园长自身专业发展、培训组织管理、培训制度建设三方面提出一套适合西安市学前教育发展需要、满足幼儿教师专业发展需求、符合《幼儿园园长专业标准》要求的培训经验,最终实现培训的针对性与实效性的统一。
英文摘要:
      In the present job training of new kindergarten leaders, there are some problems, such as the limited professional potential and unsound management mechanism of the training organizations. Taking the job training of new kindergarten leaders in Xi’an city as an example, the paper tries to propose a preferable training system in accordance with the specific situation of Xi’an. Suggestions are made from 3 aspects, including the self-development of kindergarten leaders, the management of the training organizations, and the establishment of training system. Hoping to realize the ultimate goal of the unification of realizing the target and reaching the effectiveness of the job training.
