      :随着移动互联网的发展,移动学习已经成为幼儿教师学习的重要形式。通过问卷调查法和SWOT分析法对幼儿教师移动学习的现状展开调查、分析和讨论。调查发现:移动学习具有为幼儿教师提供及时的学习支持和满足个性化的学习需求等优势,但也存在资源参差不齐、技术条件不够完善等劣势;大数据在线教育的时代背景和幼儿教师对移动学习积极接受的态度为幼儿教师的移动学习带来了发展的机遇;然而,幼儿教师的移动学习仍然面临着其学习能力不容乐观、缺乏外部支持等内外部挑战。
英文摘要:
      With the development of Internet, mobile learning has been an important way of acquiring knowledge. The paper approaches the mobile learning of preschool teachers by questionnaire and Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT). The result shows that mobile learning enjoys many advantages such as learning support and satisfying individual needs. However, problems including unbalanced distribution of learning resources and imperfect technology still exist. Preschool teachers’ positive attitude toward online education under the background of big data era poses great chance for preschool teachers’ mobile learning, while because of some preschool teachers’ insufficient learning ability and lack of external support, preschool teachers still face challenges in mobile learning.
