      近年来早期教育快速发展,社会对于早教教师的需求越来越大,高职院校早期教育专业逐步开始设立。目前对于各院校而言,早期教育专业还是新专业,专业建设尚处起步和探究阶段,不可避免存在各种争议,较为突出的问题是课程设置的科学性和合理性。文章以H校的课程研究为例,提出改进高职高专早期教育课程设置的思路和对策,建议以教育部颁布的《教师教育课程标准(试行)》精神为指导,结合人才培养方案的要求,依据儿童发展和行业发展的变化和需求,围绕早教专业的就业面向、工作任务、培养目标和培养规格进行课程设置,突出早教专业的特殊性,体现课程的针对性、应用性和实践性,构建较为合理的早期教育课程体系,促进学生综合能力和全面素质的提升。
英文摘要:
      Fast development of preschool education in recent years increases the demand for teachers. A growing number of vocational college begin to setp up the major of preschool education. As a newly developing major, it is still in a starting and exploring stages, so controversies are inevisity as an example, this paper concentrates on the study of the curriculum of preschool education majors in vocational colleges, and proposes ideas and measures for the reform of the existing curriculum. Colleges should optimize the curriculum under the guide of Curriculum for Teachers education  issued by the Ministry of Education, taking the requirements of talent training programs in to consideration and referring to the changes and needs of the industry. A reasonable curriculum should be made in accordance with the practical situation to promote the improvement of students comprehensive ability and quality.
