幼儿园教师低地位待遇问题长期困扰以学前教育为主的社会各界,严重影响和根本制约着幼儿园保教高质量发展和学前教育专业内涵建设。劳动力市场分割理论对解释“幼儿园教师地位待遇缘何低”现象具有一定的适切性,并提供了一个较好的解释框架,历史观念方面初始使命定位被动,职业本身方面存在专业特色技术低轨壁垒,制度习俗方面长期多部监管责任难解,致使我国幼儿园教育“先天发育不足、后天营养不良”形势越发严峻。站在新的历史起点,应通过突破传统思维惯性、重构时代战略主动进行靶向疗治,消除集体无意识、走向专业发展自觉以打破职业壁垒,律法赋能拨乱反正、社会联通统筹担责来健全制度体系等路径逐步提升幼儿园教师地位待遇。 |

The issue of low status and poor treatment of kindergarten teachers has long plagued all sectors of society that focus on preschool education, seriously affecting and fundamentally restricting the high-quality development of kindergarten education as well as the connotative construction of the preschool education major. The theory of labor market segmentation has a certain degree of relevance in explaining the phenomenon of why the status and remuneration of kindergarten teachers are low, and it provides a relatively good explanatory framework. In terms of historical perception, the initial mission positioning is passive; in terms of the profession itself, there are low-track barriers of professional characteristics and techniques; in terms of institutional customs, the long-term multi-departmental regulatory responsibilities are difficult to resolve. All these factors have made the situation of “inadequate initial development and poor subsequent nutrition” in China’s kindergarten education increasingly severe. Standing at a new historical starting point, the status and treatment of kindergarten teachers should gradually be improved by breaking through traditional thinking inertia, reconstructing the era of strategic initiative for targeted treatment, eliminating collective unconsciousness, moving toward professional development consciousness to break professional barriers, enabling law to correct chaos, and improving the system through social connectivity and overall responsibility. |
