为探讨师幼互动质量对儿童攻击性行为的影响及其作用机制,基于生态系统理论构建中介模型,考察父母参与在其中的中介作用。以209名学前教师和1509名儿童及其家长为被试,采用课堂评估系统、儿童攻击性行为量表、父母参与量表进行调查。结果显示:1)师幼互动质量与儿童攻击性行为显著负相关,与父母参与显著正相关;父母参与与儿童攻击性行为显著负相关;2)师幼互动质量不仅能够直接负向预测儿童攻击性行为,还能通过父母参与的中介作用对儿童攻击性行为产生影响,其中家园沟通的独立中介作用显著,家园沟通和在家参与的组合链式中介效应显著同时家园沟通、在园参与和在家参与三者之间的组合链式中介效应也显著。研究结果表明:师幼互动可以通过父母参与来减少儿童攻击性行为的发生,这要求教师自我提升与审视,建立积极的师幼关系;父母共同参与和沟通,营造良好家庭氛围;多元主体共建共育,提升养育效能。 |

To explore the influence of the quality of teacher-child interaction on children’s aggressive behavior and its mechanism, a mediating model was constructed based on the ecological systems theory to examine the mediating role of parental involvement. A total of 209 preschool teachers, 1,509 children and their parents were selected as subjects. The Classroom Assessment Scoring System, the Child Aggression Behavior Scale, and the Parental Involvement Scale were used for the investigation. The results showed that: 1) the quality of teacher-child interaction was significantly negatively correlated with children’s aggressive behavior and significantly positively correlated with parental involvement; parental involvement was significantly negatively correlated with children’s aggressive behavior; 2) the quality of teacher-child interaction not only could directly negatively predict children’s aggressive behavior, but also could influence children’s aggressive behavior through the mediating role of parental involvement. Among them, the independent mediating effect of home-school communication was significant, the combined chain mediating effect of home-school communication and home participation was significant, and the combined chain mediating effect of home-school communication, school participation and home participation was also significant. The research results indicated that teacher-child interaction could reduce the occurrence of children’s aggressive behavior through parental involvement. This requires teachers to self-improve and reflect, establish positive teacher-child relationships; parents to jointly participate and communicate, create a good family atmosphere; and multiple subjects to jointly build and cultivate, enhance parenting effectiveness. |
