      随着现代教育技术的发展,线上线下混合式教学已然成为教育教学的新常态,教学管理亦需随之做出适应性变革,建立和完善基于混合式教学新常态的教学管理与服务体系。通过分析混合式教学的主要特征,解构其教学流程,比较传统的线下教学模式与混合式教学模式的异同,查找混合式教学新常态背景下现行基于线下教学模式的教学管理存在的缺陷,提出混合式教学管理改革方案:完善混合式教学管理制度,构建混合式教学质量评价体系,保障混合式教学设施平台条件,提升教师混合式教学胜任力,为混合式教学提供制度支持、范式指导和条件保障。
英文摘要:
      With the development of modern educational technologies, online-offline blended teaching has become the new normal of education. Consequently, teaching management must adapt accordingly by establishing and improving a management and service system tailored to this blended teaching paradigm. By analyzing the key characteristics of blended teaching, deconstructing its teaching processes, and comparing the similarities and differences between traditional offline teaching and blended teaching models, this study identifies the shortcomings in the current offline-based teaching management system under the new normal of blended teaching. A reform plan for blended teaching management is proposed, including improving blended teaching management systems, developing a blended teaching quality evaluation framework, ensuring the necessary infrastructure and platforms for blended teaching, and enhancing teachers’ competence in blended teaching. These measures aim to provide institutional support, methodological guidance, and resource assurance for the effective implementation of blended teaching.
