The evaluation of educational practice is the core content of the management of primary education practice, which is of great practical significance for improving the quality of educational practice. Based on the certification standards of teacher training majors, this paper probes into the connotation and requirements of the evaluation of educational practice in primary education majors, and constructs the evaluation index system of educational practice in primary education majors by using Delphi method, questionnaire survey method and analytic hierarchy process. The evaluation includes four first-level indicators: practicing teacher ethics, learning to teach, learning to educate and learning to develop, and 12 second-level indicators: value identification, teaching concept, willingness to teach, teaching attitude, educational knowledge, professional knowledge, teaching ability, class management concept, class management practice, discipline education methods, discipline teaching research and communication and cooperation skills. Finally, it is divided into 52 questions. After testing, the reliability of internship evaluation criteria is high, and the weight distribution is reasonable, which is suitable for evaluating the educational practice of primary education major, and thus provides a strong guarantee for training more excellent primary education professionals. |
