      社会支持是学前融合教育的重要组成部分,是学前融合教育成功与否的关键要素。采用《学前融合教育社会支持问卷》作为研究工具,该问卷基于《幼儿学习环境评量表(ECERS-R)》改编,包含物理环境支持、心理环境支持、教学支持、行政支持、专业支持五个维度。通过线上线下相结合的方式,随机选取了来自7个省(自治区、直辖市)的613名班上有特殊幼儿的幼儿园教师进行问卷调查。结果发现学前融合教育社会支持总体处于中等偏上水平,各维度得分不均衡,其中行政支持维度得分最高,物理环境支持维度得分最低。幼儿园类型、幼儿园的规模、教师工龄、工资、专业是影响学前融合教育社会支持的重要因素。要促进学前融合教育的发展,就需要提高对学前融合教育的社会支持,为此政府应继续加大对学前融合幼儿园的社会支持,为融合幼儿园设立资源教室并配备资源教师,加大对年轻教师的支持力度,开展更具针对性的培训与指导。
英文摘要:
      Social support is an important part of preschool integrated education and a key factor for the success of preschool integrated education. In this study, 613 teachers with special children in the class were randomly selected to conduct a questionnaire survey, and the results show that the overall social support of preschool integrated education is above the average level, with unbalanced scores in various dimensions, among which the administrative support dimension scored the highest and the physical environment support dimension scored the lowest. The types of kindergartens, the scale of kindergartens, the length of teachers’ service, their salary and their profession are the important factors that affect the social support of preschool integrated education. In order to promote the development of preschool integrated education, it is necessary to improve the social support for preschool integrated education. To this end, the government should continue to increase the social support for preschool integrated kindergartens, set up resource classrooms and recruit resource teachers for integrated kindergartens, increase support for young teachers, and carry out more targeted training and guidance.
