      幼儿园课后托管服务是新时期我国学前教育公共服务体系的重要组成部分。从家长需求视角探析幼儿园课后托管服务内容与层次,有助于幼儿园准确识别当地家长的托管服务需求并提供最优选择,提高学前教育公共服务供给效率。以兰州新区6所公办幼儿园为研究对象,在文献与调查研究基础上建立幼儿园课后托管服务家长需求指标体系,并运用Kano模型分析法识别家长对幼儿园课后托管服务的需求层次。结果表明,家长对幼儿园课后托管服务最迫切的需求集中于期望型需求和魅力型需求,其中期望型需求涉及环境设施与保育服务两个维度,魅力型需求主要集中在教育活动、师资条件和政府支持等三个维度。基于研究结果提出以下政策建议:构建监管机制和评估体系,确保托管服务的安全性;建立师资培训和薪酬分配制度,保障托管服务的质量;明确服务收费的规范和标准,保证托管服务的普惠性。
英文摘要:
      After-school kindergarten care services are an important part of China’s public service system for preschool education in the new era. Examining the level of parental demand for after-school kindergarten care services helps kindergartens accurately identify parental demand and provide optimal choices, thus improving the efficiency of public service provision. [Methodology] Six public kindergartens in Lanzhou New Area were taken as the research objects, and a parental demand indicator system for kindergarten after-school care service was established on the basis of literature and survey research, and Kano model analysis was used to identify the level of parental demand for kindergarten after-school care service. [Results] The results show that the most urgent needs of parents for kindergarten after-school care services are focused on One-dimensional Quality and Attractive Quality, in which the one-dimensional quality involves two dimensions: environment and facilities, and childcare services, and the attractive quality is concentrated in three dimensions: educational activities, teacher conditions, and government support. [Recommendations] Based on the research results, the following policy recommendations are proposed: establish a regulatory mechanism and evaluation system to ensure the security of childcare services; establish a teacher training and salary distribution system to ensure the quality of childcare services; clarify the norms and standards for service fees to ensure the universality of childcare services.
