      对幼儿园质量进行监测评估是推动其质量提升的有效举措。本研究基于CLASS、ECERS-R评价工具对2010~2022年间我国普惠性幼儿园及OECD国家幼儿园开展师幼互动质量和幼儿学习环境质量研究的78篇文献进行元分析。结果发现当前我国普惠性幼儿园质量尚佳,学习环境质量和师幼互动质量都高于及格水平,且结构性质量优于过程性质量。未来的发展中,有关部门应积极调整政策着力点,奠定宏观基调;有效整合普惠性学前教育资源,实现一体化发展;加强师资培养培训,夯实核心软实力储备,以促进我国学前教育提质升级,迈向学前教育现代化新征程。

      Monitoring and evaluating the quality of kindergartens is an effective measure to promote their quality improvement. This study conducted a meta-analysis of 78 studies on the quality of teacher-child interaction and the quality of children’s learning environment based on CLASS and ECERS-R assessment tools in inclusive kindergartens in China and kindergartens in OECD countries from 2010 to 2022. The results show that the quality of inclusive kindergartens in China is good, the quality of learning environment and the quality of teacher-child interaction are higher than the passing level, and the structural quality is better than the procedural quality. In the future development, the relevant departments should actively adjust the focus of the policy and lay the macro-tone; Effective integration of inclusive pre-school education resources to achieve integrated development; Strengthen teacher training, consolidate the core soft power reserve, in order to promote the quality and upgrading of preschool education in China, towards a new journey of preschool education modernization.
