高质量学前融合教育是高质量教育体系的应有之义,学前融合教育教师是学前融合教育高质量发展的第一资源。梳理新加坡学前融合教育教师培养历程,发现新加坡学前融合教育教师培养从萌芽到初探再到系统化的阶段演进中,分别陷入了学前融合教育教师数量不足、质量不高以及难以实现学前融合教育高质量发展的困境,但新加坡凭借着科学合理的学前融合教育教师培养体系构建实现了困境突破。结合新加坡困境突破的关键经验,构建学前融合教育教师培养支持体系模型,我国应构建政府主导的多元支持体系、促进学前融合教育教师专业发展精细化、打造重视实践能力的学前融合教育教师培养体系,从而加快提升学前融合教育质量。 |

High-quality preschool inclusive education is a part of a high-quality education system, and preschool inclusive education teachers are the first resource for the high-quality development of preschool inclusive education. After combing through the course of Singapore’s preschool inclusive education teacher training, it is found that in the evolution of Singapore’s preschool inclusive education teacher training from germination to initial exploration and then to systematization, it has been caught in the predicament of insufficient quantity, low quality and difficulty in achieving high-quality development of inclusive education, but Singapore has achieved a breakthrough through the predicament by virtue of the construction of a scientific and reasonable preschool inclusive education teacher training system. Combining the key experience of Singapore’s breakthrough and the construction of the teacher training support system model for preschool inclusive education, China should build a government-led multi-support system, promote the refinement of professional development of preschool inclusive education teachers, and create a preschool inclusive education teacher training system that emphasizes the practical ability, so as to accelerate the improvement of the quality of preschool inclusive education. |
