      :随机抽取来自不同生源地的小学教育专业师范生为研究对象进行半结构式访谈,并采用扎根理论的方法整理分析访 谈文本,探究影响小学教育专业师范生从教意愿的因素。通过三级编码分析总结出重要他人、职业特性、个人情感、专业 学习、实习经历、家校冲突和社会氛围七个维度的影响因素。主要建议:提升教师职业吸引力;强化师范生的职业认同感; 发挥重要他人的积极影响作用;强化社会氛围,激发从教热情;优化师范生的课程学习,强化教育实践;提升自身能力,灵 活化解家校矛盾等方面增强师范生的从教意愿,提高其从教率。
英文摘要:
      Abstract:This study randomly selected primary education majors from different source areas as research objects for semi-structured interviews,and adopted the grounded theory to sort out and analyze the interview texts to explore the factors affecting willingness of pri⁃ mary education majors to teach. Seven dimensions of influential factors were summarized through three-level coding analysis:impor⁃ tant others,occupational characteristics,personal emotions,professional learning,internship experience,family school conflict,and social atmosphere. Based on these factors,it was proposed to enhance the professional attractiveness of teachers,strengthen the profes⁃ sional identity of normal university students,exert the positive influence of significant others,strengthen the social atmosphere and stimulate enthusiasm for teaching,optimize the curriculum learning of normal university students and strengthen educational practice, enhance their own abilities to flexibly resolve conflicts between family and school,so as to enhance their willingness to teach,improve their teaching rate.
