      为推动亚太地区早期教育转型发展,2023年,联合国教科文组织发布《亚太地区早期教育报告:成就、挑战与机遇》。该报告介绍了亚太地区幼儿保育教育生态系统和早期教育领域所取得的成就,探讨了该地区早期教育发展面临的机遇和挑战,绘制了亚太地区早期教育发展“路线图”。该报告对我国早期教育发展提供了以下启示:深化对早期教育意义的认识,加大早期教育投入;提升幼儿保育教育质量,促进早期教育公平;加强早期领域的科学研究;强化多方合作,努力提升早期教育治理水平。
英文摘要:
      In order to promote the transformation and development of early education in the Asia-Pacific region, UNESCO issued Regional Report for Asia Pacific Education starts early: Progress, challenges and opportunities in 2023. This paper introduces the ecosystem of early childhood care and education in the Asia-Pacific region as well as the achievements made in ECCE in this region. It also explores the opportunities and challenges faced by the development of ECCE in the Asia-Pacific region. Finally, it draws a roadmap for the development of ECCE in this region and proposes several implications for the development of ECCE in China: deepening the understanding of the significance of ECCE and increasing investment in it; improving the quality of ECCE to promote equity in ECCE; strengthening scientific research in ECCE; and improving the governance of ECCE by enhancing cooperation.
