了解幼儿在园生活的主要挫折源及心理需求有助于有效缓解幼儿挫折感,为其创设良好心理环境。采用马赛克方法,对幼儿在园生活的挫折事件进行质性分析。结果发现:幼儿在因行动志趣失意时希望被积极援助,在人际交往失落时希望被敏感察觉与肢体关怀,在因能力觉知失望时希望被情感激励。针对幼儿在园生活挫折普遍存在、重视人际和谐关系并倾向积极应对的情况,建议盼顾幼儿在园生活的挫折情况,感应幼儿挫折背后的心理需求,支持幼儿挫折情境的情绪纾解。 |

Understanding the main sources of frustration and psychological needs of young children’s life in kindergarten can help effectively alleviate their frustration and create a favorable psychological environment. The mosaic method was used to qualitatively analyze the frustrating events of young children’s life in kindergarten. It was found that young children want to be positively assisted when they are disappointed in their ambitions,sensitively noticed and physically cared for when they are disappointed in their interpersonal interactions,and emotionally motivated when they are disappointed in their perceived abilities. In view of the prevalence of frustration in kindergarten life,the importance of interpersonal harmony,and the tendency to cope with it positively,it is proposed that we should look forward to the frustration situation in kindergarten life,sense the psychological needs behind the frustration,and support the emotional relief of frustration in kindergarten life. |
