      幼儿园教师与园长的良好沟通对教师专业成长及建立双方和谐关系具有积极影响。采用质性研究方法,运用Nvivo12质性分析软件对36位幼儿园教师访谈资料进行编码,探讨影响幼儿园教师与园长沟通障碍认知的因素。研究发现:幼儿园教师与园长沟通障碍认知主要受组织结构因素、心理因素、人际因素和传递过程因素影响。为促进幼儿园教师与园长的有效沟通,需减少沟通的组织层级,重视上行沟通价值;调整内部管理方式,提升管理者沟通技能;增加双方互动频率,营造良好交往氛围;健全组织沟通渠道,改进组织沟通环境。
英文摘要:
      The good communication between kindergarten teachers and principals has a positive impact on the professional growth of teachers and the establishment of a harmonious relationship between them. In this study, the qualitative research method and Nvivo12 qualitative analysis software were used to encode the interview data of 36 kindergarten teachers to explore the factors affecting the cognition of communication disorder between kindergarten teachers and principals. It is found that the cognition of communication disorder between kindergarten teachers and principals is mainly affected by organizational structure factors, psychological factors, interpersonal factors and transmission process factors. In order to promote the effective communication between kindergarten teachers and principals, it’s necessary to reduce the organizational level of communication and put emphasize on the value of upward communication; adjust the internal management style and improve the communication skills of managers; increase the frequency of interaction between the two sides and create a good atmosphere for exchanges; improve organizational communication channels and improve organizational communication environment.
