      在“大思政”的背景下,学前教育专业教师是实施学前专业课程思政的主力军,其“课程思政”素养的高低直接影响育人成效。采用层次分析法建构了思政理念、思政认知、思政能力三大要素16个指标的学前教育专业教师“课程思政”素养,从个人、群体、学校层面提出树立思政育人的终身发展意识,构建思政育人的协同共同体,提供思政育人的资源平台等生态培育路径。
英文摘要:
      In light of “big ideological-political education” background, preschool education teachers are the main force in the implementation of preschool ideological-political education, and the level of ideological-political education literacy directly affects the effectiveness of education. This research adopts the analytic hierarchy process to construct a 16-indicator approach to preschool ideological-political literacy with three major elements: ideological-political concept, ideological-political cognition, and ideological-political ability, and proposes to establish a lifelong development awareness from perspective of individual, group and school, builds up a collaborative community of ideological-political education, and provides ecological cultivation paths such as a resource platform for ideological-political education.
