      基于GZ省Q自治州11所省级示范幼儿园保育员的调查数据和25名保育员的访谈内容,探讨了保育员的职业价值问题。研究发现,Q自治州的保育员在外部对保育员职业价值的确认下,遭受了身份区隔,进行自我归类、群体比较后内化区隔,保育员内部得出保育员职业价值较低的结论,继而产生了职业认同危机。若要提升保育员的职业认同,需回到保育价值的逻辑起点,重塑保育员职业的本体价值和工具价值,充分发挥保育员“承接家庭教育”“链接母亲与教师身份”“联通儿童前台与后台生活”的本体价值,保障其“专业地位”“薪资待遇”“岗位职称”等工具价值。
英文摘要:
      This study explored the issue of childcare workers’ professional values based on survey data from caregivers in 11 provincial model kindergartens in Q Autonomous Prefecture, GZ Province and interviews with 25 caregivers. The study found that caregivers in Q Autonomous Prefecture suffered from identity compartmentalisation, internalised compartmentalisation after self-categorisation and group comparison, and caregivers internally concluded that caregivers had low professional value, which in turn led to a professional identity crisis, in response to external confirmation of caregiver professional value. In order to raise the level of professional identity of caregivers, it is necessary to return to the logical starting point of childcare, to reshape the ontological and instrumental values of the caregiver profession, and to give full play to the ontological value of the caregiver’s role as a ‘provider of education to families’, a ‘link between motherhood and teachers’ and a ‘link between the front and back of the children’s life’, and to secure their instrumental values like “professional status”, “salary” and “job title”.
