      在美国发育迟缓和残疾婴幼儿的发现项目中,“早期介入”“助我成长”“健康阶梯”作为采用最多的模式,提高了发育迟缓和残疾婴幼儿的转介率,改善了他们的生活状态。借鉴该项目的成功经验,我国应开展公众意识宣传,建构起发育迟缓和残疾婴幼儿的发现模式,在制定宽松评估标准的基础上扩大转介来源,制定有效的转介流程,扩展发育筛查范围,依托数据驱动筛选长期追踪服务对象,促进发育迟缓和残疾婴幼儿的早期发展。
英文摘要:
      Among the discovery programs for infants with developmental delays and disabilities in the United States, “Early intervention”, “Help me Grow” and “Health ladder”, as the most adopted models, have increased the referral rate and improved the life status of these infants. Based on the successful experience of this project, our country should carry out public awareness publicity, construct the discovery model of stunted and disabled infants, expand the sources of referral on the basis of the formulation of relaxing evaluation criteria, formulate effective referral process, expand the scope of developmental screening, rely on data-driven screening of long-term tracking service objects, promote the early development of stunted and disabled infants.
