      基于扎根理论,采用质性分析软件NVivo12.0对51篇优秀游戏活动案例进行文本编码,分析案例中教师组织支持幼儿游戏的过程性特点。结果发现:案例内容涉及“游戏前”、“游戏中”、“游戏后”3个核心节点,15个树状节点,1142个参考点;案例内容对教师游戏组织具有重要启示,在游戏前应树立正确的游戏观,物化“教育目标和内容”;在游戏中应形成“主动放权、观察解读、支持回应”的逻辑闭环;在游戏后应组织好游戏反思,提升游戏课程价值;常态化:建立游戏案例教研机制,提高教师游戏支持水平。
英文摘要:
      In depth analysis and interpretation of the contents of excellent game activities are of great significance for teachers to examine and discover the value of games, implement the spirit of games, and organize game activities. This research collected 51 high-quality game activity cases, and used the qualitative analysis software NVivo 12.0 to code the text and analyze the process and characteristics of teachers’organization of children’s games. It finds that cases involve three core nodes, including before the game, during the game and after the game, 15 tree nodes and 1142 reference points. The contents of the cases have important implications for teachers to organize and guide the game. Before the game: teachers should establish a correct view of the game and materialize educational objectives and content. During the game: teachers should form a logical loop of Freedom and autonomy, observation and interpretation, support and response. After the game: teachers should organize game sharing to enhance the educational value. Normalization: teachers should establish a discussion system for game case sharing to improve teachers’game support competence.
