      为探究家长式领导的潜在类别与乡村幼儿园教师心理资本和职业倦怠的关系,选取330名乡村幼儿园教师为研究对象,运用潜在剖面分析探究家长式领导的潜在类别。研究结果:家长式领导可分为恩威并重型、不作为型、仁德型,分别占比为34.50%,8.80%,56.70%;仁德型领导风格下的乡村幼儿园教师心理资本得分最高,恩威并重型和不作为型领导风格下的乡村幼儿园教师心理资本得分无明显差异;仁德型领导风格下的乡村幼儿园教师职业倦怠得分最低,不作为型领导风格下的乡村幼儿园教师职业倦怠得分最高。研究发现:家长式领导类型存在不同的潜在类别,且对乡村幼儿园教师心理资本和职业倦怠具有不同影响。
英文摘要:
      The aim of this paper is to explore the relationship between paternalistic leadership, psychological capital and job burnout of rural preschool teacher. This study uses 330 rural preschool teachers as participants. The latent profile analysis is applied to explore potential categories of parental leadership. The results shows that there are three latent profiles of paternalistic leadership, which named Non-dominance, Non-action, and Virtuous Leadership, and they are accounting for 34.50%, 8.80% and 56.70% respectively. The psychological capital score of teachers was the highest with Virtuous Leadership style. There was no significant difference on the levels of psychological capital between the leadership style of Non-action and Non-dominance. The score of rural preschool teacher’s burnout was the lowest with Virtuous Leadership style, and the highest with the Non-action leadership style. The findings reveals that paternalistic leadership types have different potential categories and they have different effects on the psychological capital and the job burnout of rural preschool teachers.
