      国际早期学习与儿童幸福感项目(简称IELS)是国际经济合作与发展组织(简称OECD)针对不同国家5岁儿童在早期读写能力、早期算术能力、自我调节能力、社会情感能力四大关键能力进行的大规模调查项目。通过介绍国际早期学习与儿童幸福感项目背景及测评框架,国际儿童早期关键能力测评维度与内容,并在讨论后提出启示,旨在为促进我国儿童早期学习与发展以及探寻我国早期教育测评本土化发展可行性路径提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The International Early Learning and Child Well-being Program (IELS) is an International Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) program aimed at 5-year-old children in different countries in four key competencies: early literacy, early numeracy, self-regulation, and social-emotional competencies. The large-scale survey project carried out, by introducing the background and assessment framework of International Early Learning and Child Well-being Program, and the dimensions and contents of the international assessment of early childhood key abilities, and the enlightenment was put forward after discussion. The purpose is to promote early childhood learning and development in China and explore the feasible path for the localization of early childhood education assessment in China.
