秦旭芳,杨蕊,张雪 在应对亲师矛盾的过程中幼儿园教师的自我监控与评价能力作为一种有效的内隐策略能够充分发挥教师的主观能动性促使教师自觉、有意识地对接收的矛盾信息进行反馈与调节帮助幼儿园教师建立积极、融洽的家园关系。笔者通过问卷法、访谈法对沈阳市铁西区、浑南区、皇姑区、和平区等各级各类幼儿园中共计 604 名幼儿园教师就应对亲师矛盾的自我监控与评价情况进行了调查。运用快速聚类法将幼儿园教师应对亲师矛盾的自我监控与评价类型聚成了四类分别为“自主完善型”“平稳淡然型”“结果评价型”“消极被动型”并对四种类型幼儿园教师的表现特点进行分析从而为调适幼儿园教师在亲师矛盾中的自我监控与评价水平提出建议。

      In parent-teacher contradictions, the self-monitoring and evaluation ability of preschool teachers, as an effective implicit coping strategy, can give full play to teachers’ subjective initiative and urge teachers to consciously reflect and make adjustment to the information of contradiction received, which is helpful for building positive and harmonious kindergarten-family relationship. In this study, the self-monitoring and assessment of coping strategies for teacher-parent contradiction of 604 kindergarten teachers at all levels and types of kindergartens around Shenyang City was studied by questionnaires and interviews and investigation. By using the rapid clustering method, the types of self-monitoring and evaluation of preschool teachers in dealing with parent-teacher contradictions are grouped into four categories, namely “self-improvement type”, “indifferent type”, “result evaluation type” and “passive type”. The study also analyzes the performance characteristics of the four types of preschool teachers, so as to put forward suggestions for adjusting the self-monitoring and evaluation levels of preschool teachers in parent-teacher contradiction.
