      融合教育作为当代国际特殊教育领域不可逆转的趋势和潮流,为教育变革乃至整个社会的发展提供着新的机遇与挑战。作为义务教育阶段融合教育的基础,学前融合教育目前面临着提高学前残疾儿童入学率和提高融合教育质量的双重任务。我国学前融合教育现阶段尚存社会整体接纳度依然不够、区域发展不均衡、普通幼儿园接纳能力不足和学前融合支持体系极不完善的问题。为适应当下人民群众对优质教育的需求,办好有中国特色的融合教育,未来要从多途径推动融合教育观念普及;推进融合教育向学前阶段倾斜;加强对特殊教育素养人才的培养;积极构建合理的学前融合支持体系四个方面加快推动我国学前融合教育的高质量发展。
英文摘要:
      As an irreversible trend and trend in the field of contemporary international special education, inclusive education provides new opportunities and challenges for educational reform and the development of the entire society. As the foundation of inclusive education in the compulsory education stage, pre-school inclusive education is currently faced with the dual tasks of increasing the enrolment rate of pre-school disabled children and improving the quality of inclusive education. At the current stage of preschool integration education in China, there are still problems such as insufficient overall social acceptance, uneven regional development, insufficient acceptance capacity of ordinary kindergartens, and extremely imperfect preschool integration support system. In order to meet the current needs of the people for high-quality education and to run integrated education with Chinese characteristics, in the future, we must promote the popularization of the concept of integrated education in multiple ways, promote the inclination of integrated education to the preschool stage, strengthen the training of talents with high special education quality and build a reasonable preschool integration support system from four aspects so as to accelerate the high-quality development of China’s preschool integration education.
