运用KANO模型基本理论,基于文献梳理与访谈将学生的实践教学需求分为14个项目。通过问卷设计及调查、数据分析和筛选改进要素等步骤确定影响学生实践教学满意度的关键因素。研究结果表明,亟需改进的项目分别为学生随堂体验、案例教学、入园观摩、实验室场地、一线教师进课堂、教师课堂演示以及课程见习。综合数据结果,将14个项目划分为关键因素、一般因素和无关因素三个层次,并提出改进分析。 |

Using the basic theory of the KANO model, based on literature combing and interviews, this paper divided the demands of practice teaching into 14 items, and determined the key factors affecting students' satisfaction with practical teaching through the steps of questionnaire survey, data statistics and screening improving factors. The results show that the items which need to be improved are students’ experience in class, case teaching, kindergarten teaching observation, laboratory space, first-line teachers’ classroom teaching, teacher demonstration and curriculum probation. Integrated data results show that the fourteen items have been divided into three levels: key factors, general factors and irrelevant factors, and improving analysis have been proposed. |
