| In order to explore the relationship between teachers’incentive evaluation and children’s problems behavior in collective
activities，this study used the questionnaire method to investigate and intervene 86 middle-class children and six teachers in J kinder⁃
garten in Shanghai. The results showed that there were significant differences in teachers’incentive evaluation before and after the in⁃
tervention，and the incentive evaluation increased significantly after the intervention; and the teaching of incentive evaluation is condu⁃
cive to the correction of problems behavior of middle class children in collective activities. The research suggests that we should use di⁃
rect and indirect intervention methods to improve the level of incentive evaluation of preschool teachers and strengthen the application
of teachers’incentive evaluation in collective teaching activities and effectively prevent children’s problems behavior. |
