      0~3岁婴幼儿托育教养人员是保障托育服务高质量发展的核心力量。本研究运用问卷法,通过随机分层抽样对我国华 东地区、华北地区、华中地区、东北地区、西南地区、华南地区、西北地区的1116名托育教养人员进行调查,探究托育教养人员 生存状态现状,研究结果表明:托育教养人员生存状态总体水平中等偏上,托育教养人员生存状态在年龄上无显著差异,在地 区、工作年限、机构类型、机构性质、专业、学历上存在极其显著性差异。为改善托育教养人员生存状态,主要建议:明晰责任, 赋予政府保障力;打造环境、增强机构管理力;破除固圈,寻求个体生长力。
英文摘要:
      Abstract:Nurturers of 0-3-year-old infants are the core force to ensure the high-quality development of nurseries. This study uses the questionnaire method to investigate 1116 teachers of nurseries in East China,North China,central China,Northeast China, Southwest China,South China and Northwest China through random stratified sampling. The results show that the overall level of the living conditions of the teachers of nurseries is above the middle level,there is no significant difference in the living conditions of the teachers of nurseries in age,and there are extremely significant differences in region,working years,institution type,institution na⁃ ture,major and education. In order to improve the living conditions of teachers of nurseries,this paper puts forward some suggestions on clarifying responsibilities,endowing the government with guarantee to shape the environment and enhance institutional manage⁃ ment,breaking the fixed circle and seeking individual growth.
