      教师是作为教育服务的直接提供者,幼儿教师的专业素质将直接影响着托幼机构的教育质量,并最终反映在幼儿这一接 受教育服务的“消费者”身上,而教师的专业素质是通过具体的指导行为来体现的。本研究基于培养幼儿学习品质的视角,将 教师指导评价指标划分为4 个一级指标,8 个二级指标和24 项具体内容,旨在发挥评价改进功能,更大程度地发挥教师在托幼 机构质量中的能动性作用,切实促进托幼机构的过程性质量的提升。

      Abstract:Teachers are the direct providers of educational services. The professional quality of preschool teachers will directly affect the educational quality of nurseries and kindergartens,and will eventually be reflected in children,the“consumer”receiving educa⁃ tional services. The embodiment of teachers’professional quality plays a role through specific guiding actions. Based on the perspec⁃ tive of cultivating children’s learning quality,this study divides the teacher guidance evaluation indicators into four primary indica⁃ tors,eight secondary indicators and 24 specific contents,in order to give full play to the evaluation and improvement function,give greater play to the active role of teachers in the quality of kindergartens,and effectively promote the improvement of the process quali⁃ ty of kindergartens.
