责任教育为幼儿的道德发展奠定基础,帮助幼儿认识和建构自我,并获得积极的自我认同。幼儿责任品格是对幼儿行为的一种价值判断,是促使幼儿将外部规约转为内部自我规定的社会性、实践性品格。依据分析发现,责任包括认知、情感和行为三个结构要素,其相互关系表现为,责任行为是责任认知和责任情感的外显形式,责任认知是责任行为的基础,责任情感是责任行为的内在动力。据此,幼儿责任教育应以自由的责任行为为先决条件;以可感的责任认知为重要方式;以积极的责任情感为核心要点。 |

Responsibility Education lays the foundation for children’s moral development, helps children to know and construct themselves, and gain positive self-identity. Through the analysis of the basic connotation, we think that children’s character of responsibility is a kind of value judgment of children’s behavior, and it is a social and practical character. According to the analysis, responsibility includes three structural elements: cognition, emotion and behavior. Their mutual relations are as follows: responsibility behavior is the explicit form of responsibility cognition and responsibility emotion; while responsibility cognition is the basis of responsibility behavior; and responsibility emotion is the inner motive of responsibility behavior. Therefore, responsibility education for young children should be based on free responsibility behavior which is a prerequisite factor; it should have sensible responsibility cognition which is an important way and should have positive responsibility emotion which is a core fact. |
