:在决定托育服务品质的各要素中,托育专业人才队伍是最关键的人力资源,高职院校承担起培养托育专业人才的时代重
任。通过调查法与德尔菲法建立托育专业学生核心素养指标体系,包括一级指标3个,二级指标12个,三级指标63个。托育
专业人才核心素养指标体系的构建及培育路径的探索为托育专业人才培育提供基础与方向。 |

Among the various elements that determine the quality of childcare services,the professional talents of childcare are the
most critical human resources. Higher vocational colleges undertake the important task of cultivating professional personnel of child⁃
care. Through the investigation method and the Delphi method,the core literacy indicator system of the nursery education major is es⁃
tablished,including 3 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators,and 63 third-level indicators. The construction of the core lit⁃
eracy index system of nursery school professionals and the exploration of cultivation paths provide the foundation and direction for the
cultivation of nursery school professionals. |
