幼儿园教育“小学化”现象已成为学前教育的顽疾,政府多次出台相关政策进行专项治理,但成效有限。幼儿园“小学化”
治理政策在执行过程涉及多个利益方,因此运用利益相关者理论应对这一问题具有很强的契合性。研究发现利益相关者分别
是政府部门、幼儿园、家长、小学一年教师及媒体与社会公众等。通过访谈并结合文本分析得出利益相关者的利益诉求,结合
利益诉求分析出政府部门与营利性民办幼儿园、幼儿园与家长、家长与政府部门、家长与小学一年级教师之间存在利益冲突。
据此,提出完善家庭教育指导服务体系,为家长提供科学的育儿观;幼儿园及小学应积极与家长配合,科学做好幼小衔接;充分
利用媒体资源,宣传正确的育儿知识;扩大普惠性幼儿园的覆盖率等改善策略。 |

The primary school-oriented nursery education phenomenon of kindergarten education has become a stubborn disease of pre⁃
school education. The government has repeatedly issued relevant policies for special treatment,but the results are limited. The imple⁃
mentation of the governance policy of primary school-oriented of kindergartens involves multiple stakeholders,so it is very suitable to
use the stakeholder theory to deal with this problem. The research found that the stakeholders were government departments,kinder⁃
gartens,parents,primary school teachers,media and the public,etc. Through interviews and text analysis,the interest demands of
stakeholders are obtained. Based on interest demands,the conflicts of interest between government departments and for-profit private
kindergartens,kindergartens and parents,parents and government departments,and parents and first-grade teachers are analyzed.
Based on this,the author puts forward to perfecting the family education guidance service system and providing scientific parenting
view for parents. Kindergartens and primary schools should actively cooperate with parents and scientifically do a good job in the con⁃
nection between kindergartens and primary schools,with improvement strategies such as making full use of media resources to publi⁃
cize correct parenting knowledge and expanding the coverage of inclusive kindergartens. |
