| 卓越教师培养计划的实施对新时期教师素养提出了更高的要求，构建科学、合理、可操作性的师德职前职后培育体系成
为各级各类学校迫在眉睫的问题。合肥幼儿师范高等专科学校以“明德-修德-行德-成德”为主线，从“内容体系、活动体系、
践行体系、评价体系和管理体系”五个方面构建“四德联动、五位一体”式师德职前培育体系，对塑造学前教育专业学生良好的
道德品行产生了重要作用。 |

| The implementation of the excellent teacher training plan has imposed higher requirements for teachers’quality in the new
era. It has become an urgent problem for schools of all levels and various types to construct a scientific，reasonable and operable teach⁃
er ethics training system before and after the job-taking. Hefei Preschool Education College takes“understanding of teachers’ethicstraining
of teachers’ethics-formation of teachers’ethics-accomplishing of teachers’ethics”as the main line，and builds a“four-eth⁃
ics-link，five-in-one”pre-service cultivation system from five aspects:“content system，activity system，practice system，evaluation
system and management system of teachers’ethics cultivation”，which plays an important role in shaping the good moral conduct of
students majoring in preschool education. |
