      采用深度访谈的方法,对江苏省定向师范生专业学习过程中关键事件进行研究,结果表明:师范生关键事件有多种表现 类型,对师范生专业学习产生重大影响,不同学段师范生的关键事件特征各不相同,经深入反思后关键事件能引发师范生专业 认知和行为的改变;关键事件中师范生专业学习产生的关键是“问题”与“反思”。因此,师范教育改革要将以关键事件为载体 的“问题性”、“反思性”教育纳入师范课程目标体系中,设置“以学为主”的师范教育课程体系。
英文摘要:
      By using the method of in-depth interview,the researchers studied the critical incidents in the process of professional learn⁃ ing of normal students with orientation training background in Jiangsu Province. The results show that there are many types of critical incidents among normal school students; the critical incidents have a significant impact on the professional learning of normal students; the characteristics of critical incidents among students with different grades are different,and the critical incidents will have great im⁃ pact on change of personal cognition and behavior after been deeply self-examination; The key of the critical incidents is "problems" and "self-examination" during the process of professional study. Therefore,the reform of normal education is to integrate“problems oriented”and“self-examination education”with critical incidents as the carrier into the goal system of normal education curriculum, and set up a“learning oriented”normal education curriculum system in the professional learning of normal students.
