| 办学定位是高校宏观发展战略的重要组成部分。地方本科院校的办学定位于应用型高校，应以建设应用型的学科专
业为核心，但这种办学定位受到“学科割据”的不利影响。学科割据现象在地方本科院校办学定位中的影响表现在学科发展定
位、专业发展定位和学科人员落实办学定位行动等层面，并产生了办学定位中学科之间的利益之争、地位之争和声誉之争。基
于对地方本科院校办学定位中学科割据现象与本质的讨论，本文最后提出了消解学科割据的对策建议。 |

| The orientation is an important part of the macro development strategy of colleges and universities. Local universities should
be oriented towards application-oriented universities and should focus on constructing application-oriented disciplines and majors，but
this orientation is adversely affected by the“division of disciplines”. The influence of“division of disciplines”on the orientation of running
a university is manifested in the orientation of discipline development，the orientation of major development and the action of discipline
personnel to implement the orientation，and the conflicts of interest，status and reputation among disciplines are generated in the
