专业形象的确立有助于提升幼儿教师专业地位,激发教师职业期待,推进教师教育专业化进程。本研究采取质性研究
方法对幼儿教师、园长和家长进行开放式问卷调查和半结构化访谈,运用Nvivo12 软件对三类利益群体的观点编码分析。研究
发现,幼儿教师专业形象主要包含幼教理念、专业知能、职业道德、专业自主和专业成长五大核心范畴;幼儿教师心目中的自身
专业形象是具备专业素养的、爱岗敬业的终身学习者;园长心目中的专业形象是富有教育智慧的、善于反思实践的开拓创新
者;家长心目中的专业形象是师德高尚的、注重建立情感联结的成长陪伴者。为提升幼儿教师专业形象,应增强媒体的专业精
神和社会责任感,塑造教师专业发展共同愿景,帮助幼儿教师实现形象自觉和专业自觉。 |

The establishment of a professional image helps to enhance the professional status of preschool teachers,stimulate professional
expectations,and promote the professionalization of teacher education. Qualitative research methods was adopted to conduct
open questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews with preschool teachers,principals and parents,uses the Nvivo12 software to code
and analyze the opinions of three types of stakeholders. The research found that the professional image of preschool teachers includes
five core categories: preschool education concept,professional knowledge and competence,professional ethics,professional autonomy
and professional growth; the professional images in the mind of teachers are the lifelong learners,who have professional qualities and
love their jobs; the professional images in the mind of principals are pioneers and innovators,who are full of educational wisdom and
good at reflection and practice; the professional images in the mind of parents are growth companions,who have noble morality and pay
attention to establishing emotional connections. In order to enhance the professional image of preschool teachers,it’s necessary to
strengthen the professionalism and social responsibility of the media,shape the common vision of teachers’professional development,
and help preschool teachers achieve image and professional consciousness. |
