      幼儿园儿童游戏权保障一直是幼儿园保教质量的关键环节,而乡村幼儿园教育场域、教育主体、施教对象的特殊性导致乡村幼儿园不断出现儿童游戏权被漠视甚至侵害的现象。本研究借助于乡村幼儿园办园理念、一日活动安排、量化考核细则、游戏区域管理制度等一手资料分析乡村儿童在园的游戏权保障现状,发现乡村幼儿园儿童游戏权保障存在时间、空间、材料、卫生安全及师资五个方面的不足,并据此提出立足乡村幼儿园实际的具体解决对策。
英文摘要:
      The protection of children’s right to play in kindergartens has always been a key link in the quality of kindergarten education. However, due to the particularity of the educational field, the object of education, and the subject of teaching, the problem that children’s right to play is ignored or even violated continues in rural kindergartens. This research analyzes the status quo of protection of rural children’s right to play in kindergartens with the help of primary data such as the concept of running rural kindergartens, arrangements for one-day activities, quantitative assessment rules, and game area management systems, and finds that there are five deficiencies in the protection of children’s right to play in rural kindergartens: time, space, materials, health and safety and teacher guarantee, therefore proposing specific solutions based on the actual situation of rural kindergartens.
