      通过使用课堂评估评分系统对河南省9所普惠性民办幼儿园半日活动情境下师幼互动质量进行调查分析,运用SPSS24.0,采用描述性分析、独立样本T检验、单因素方差分析进行数据处理。研究发现,普惠性民办幼儿园师幼互动质量整体处于中等水平,其中,情感支持领域得分最高,班级管理次之,教育支持最低。师幼互动质量情感支持与教育支持领域相关显著。不同教学组织形式下普惠性民办幼儿园师幼互动质量在三大领域、十个维度的部分指标方面具有显著差异。研究进一步提出了相应的建议:关注情感支持,建立良好的师幼关系;强化班级管理,优化教育行为;提升教育支持水平,促进幼儿发展。 关键词:普惠性民办幼儿园;师幼互动质量;课堂评估评分系统
英文摘要:
      The quality of teacher-child interaction in the half-day activities of 9 public interest private kindergartens in Henan Province was investigated and analyzed by using Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS). SPSS24.0 was adopted, and descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test and one-way analysis of variance were used for data processing. The result shows that the quality of teacher-child interaction in public interest private kindergartens is at a medium level in total. Furthermore, emotional support has the highest score, followed by the classroom organization and instructional support is the lowest. The quality of teacher-child interaction in emotional support is significantly related to instructional support. There are significant differences in the quality of teacher-child interaction which includes 3 areas and 10 dimensions under different forms of teaching organization in public interest private kindergartens. The research further put forward corresponding suggestions: paying attention to emotional support, establishing a good teacher-child relationship; strengthening classroom organization and optimizing educational behavior; improving the level of instructional support for preschool teachers, and promoting the development of children.
