      为促进社会退缩幼儿身心和谐发展,本研究采用个案研究法,探讨幼儿园一名社会退缩幼儿退缩行为产生原因及其教育干预策略。研究结果表明,幼儿退缩行为产生原因主要有缺乏社会交往经验、人际交往质量低、缺乏交往的自我效能感。基于此,研究者通过建立良好师幼关系与同伴关系,提升幼儿社交技能与交往的自我效能感进行教育干预,较好地改善了幼儿的退缩行为。
英文摘要:
      In order to promote the harmonious physical and mental development of children with social withdrawal, this study adopts a case study method to explore the reasons for the withdrawal behavior of a kindergarten child with social withdrawal and its educational intervention strategies. The research results show that the main reasons for children’s withdrawal behavior are lack of social experience, low quality of interpersonal communication, and lack of self-efficacy of communication. Based on this, the researchers applied educational intervention by establishing good teacher-child relationship and peer relationship and improving children's social skills and self-efficacy of communication, which has improved children’s withdrawal behavior.
