      摘要: 为探索民办幼儿教师离职倾向的现状及影响因素,选取南通地区民办幼儿教师265 名,采用离职倾向量表与民办幼儿 教师职业发展状况问卷进行调查。结果表明:目前该地区民办幼儿教师离职倾向较为强烈,年龄在36-40 岁、学历为研究生、 已婚未育、所在班级是大班,所在园月收费标准在1000-2000 元的离职倾向相对较高。根据现状,通过量的研究与质的研究, 发现对离职倾向影响最大的为外界支持,其次为园所氛围,最后为职业特性。以研究结果为依据,分别从政策保障,提升内力 以及社会参与三个方面提出相应对策与建议。

      Abstract: In order to explore the current situation and influencing factors of turnover intention of private preschool teachers,265 pri⁃ vate preschool teachers in Nantong area were selected and investigated by turnover intention scale and the questionnaire of private pre⁃ school teachers’development. The results indicate that the private preschool teachers in this area aged between 36 to 40 years old, who have the graduate degree,get married and infertile,in the senior classes with the monthly charge of 1000-2000 yuan,tend to have relatively strong turnover intention. Based on the analysis of current situation,through the quantitative and qualitative research, it is found that the most important influencing factor on turnover intention is the external support,followed by the atmosphere of the preschool,and the least is the professional characteristics. According to the research results,suggestions are put forward from three as⁃ pects: policy guarantee,internal force promotion and social participation.
