学前教育资源配置研究是推动学前教育均衡发展,实现教育公平的前提。本文综合运用问卷法等方法对内蒙古H市学前教育资源配置的现状进行研究,得出H市存在幼儿园师资配置总量不足、素质结构失衡等问题。据此,本文从社会理念认同先行、资源配置效率为重、师资队伍更优化等三方面提出促进内蒙古自治区H市学前教育资源均衡配置的建议。 |

Research on preschool education resource allocation is the premise of promoting balanced development of preschool education and realizing education equity. This paper studies the allocation of preschool education resources in H City, Inner Mongolia by means of questionnaire, and concludes that there are some problems in the city, such as insufficient allocation of kindergarten teachers and imbalance of quality structure. Accordingly, this paper puts forward suggestions to promote the balanced allocation of preschool education resources in H City, Inner Mongolia from three aspects, namely, putting social concept identification first, stressing resource allocation efficiency, and optimizing the teaching staff. |
