基于31名5-6岁儿童的绘画作品分析和访谈,研究发现从绘画的主题、造型、色彩、构图可看出男教师的外在形象、工作职责、师幼关系和教育行为。男教师亲和又不失严肃,穿着打扮基本得体,本领多、精力足、在幼儿园扮演着多重角色,师幼关系总体较为亲密,但在教育行为上仍有待改进。影响儿童眼中男教师形象的因素主要包括刻板印象、活动类型方式、师幼关系、行为细节、家园关系,并提出四点提升幼儿园男教师形象的建议。 |

In this study, we used paintings’analysis and interviews of 31 5 to 6-year-old children. According to the theme, shape, col⁃
or and composition of paintings, we can see the male teachers’external image, job responsibilities, the relationship between teachers
and children, and educational behavior. Male teachers are usually friendly and serious, dress appropriately and have many skills and
enough energy. They play multiple roles in the kindergarten and have close relationship with children, but they also have some inappro⁃
priate behaviors. The factors that affect the image of male teachers in children’s eyes include children’s stereotype, types and ways of
activities, teacher-child relationship, and the relationship between family and teachers. Finally, we provided some strategies for male
teachers to improve their image. |
