      采用《教师工作满意度量表》和《教师离职倾向量表》,对陕西省公办幼儿园教师进行调查,采用因子分析、相关分析和回 归分析等方法,建立了幼儿园教师工作满意度与离职倾向关系模型。调查发现:陕西省公办幼儿园教师工作满意度水平较高,但 对工资待遇普遍不满;虽然幼儿园男教师工作满意度低于女教师,但离职倾向反而低于女教师;非编教师工作满意度高于在编教 师,离职倾向也低于在编教师;幼儿园教师的工作满意度和自我评价在16-20年教龄时达到最低谷,进入个人职业生涯发展的瓶 颈期,之后又会随着工作性质的转变回升。
英文摘要:
      Through “Teacher Job Satisfaction Scale” and “Teacher Turnover Tendency Scale”, this study established the relationship model of job satisfaction and turnover intention of 200 teachers in 11 public kindergartens in Shaanxi Province based on various research methods such as factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study found the following results: the level of job satisfaction of public kindergarten teachers in Shaanxi Province is high, but they are generally dissatisfied with the salary; although the job satisfaction of male teachers in kindergartens is lower than that of female teachers, the tendency to leave is lower than that of female teachers; the job satisfaction of non-permanent staff is higher than that of permanent staff, and their turnover tendency is also lower than that of permanent staff; and the work satisfaction and self-evaluation of kindergarten teachers reached their lowest point when they were 16-20 years of teaching age, which was the bottleneck period of personal career development, and then they would rebound with the change of the nature of work.
