范生政策是国家推行的补充和加强中小学教师队伍的重要举措,取得了积极成效,但免费师范生的职业性向到底如何,能否与未
来教师职业匹配?调查发现,免费师范生教师职业性向处于中上等水平,“人格特质”方面略高于“基本能力”,且在有些观测维度
上存在显著差异,应当在培养目标、课程设置和评价体系等方面进一步优化。 |

Teachers’professional aptitude is the personality characteristics and basic abilities of normal students.
It is an important prerequisite to be competent and loyal to the people's teachers' profession in the future. The
policy of government-supported normal students is an important measure adopted by the state to supplement
and strengthen primary and secondary school teachers and has achieved positive results. But what level ofthe
professional aptitude of government-supported normal students isat? Whether it can match the future teachers'
occupation? The survey found that the professional aptitude of government-supported normal students is at the
upper middle level. The "personality trait" is slightly higher than the "basic ability", and there are significant dif⁃
ferences in some observation dimensions, so we should further optimize the training objectives, curriculum and
evaluation system,etc. |
