| ：俄罗斯素来有重视学前教育的传统。近年来，俄罗斯以教育立法形式保障学前教育发展，不断加大对学前教育的支
持，宏观上关注教育公平，提高学前儿童入园率，关注弱势群体发展；微观上大力推行教育教学改革，强调幼儿个性化学习，培
养幼儿爱国主义精神等。对我国而言，应积极汲取俄罗斯学前教育发展的有益经验，加快学前教育立法进程，增加对学前教育
的投入，提高管理水平，关注幼儿核心素养培育和爱国主义教育，推进小班化教学、个性化学习，关注学前阶段的特殊教育。在
坚持幼儿园普惠性发展的同时不断提高学前教育质量，促进学前教育公平，满足人民对高质量学前教育的需要。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Preschool education is highlyvalued all the time in Russia. In recent years, Russian government has
provided increasing support for preschool education. In order to guarantee the development of preschool
education, education legislation has been enacted. On the one hand, they pay attention to education equity,
increase the rate of preschool children’s enrollment and focus on the development of vulnerable groups. On the
other hand, they make great efforts to carry out education and teaching reform, emphasize children’s
individualized learning and train children’s patriotism. For China, we should absorb the beneficial experience
from Russian preschool education development positively, accelerating the legislative process of preschool
education, and strengthening the investment and improve the management. It is also important to pay attention
to children’s keycompetencies and patriotism education, promote small-sized class teaching and individualized
learning, and focus on the special education in the preschool stage. While keeping the inclusive development of
kindergartens, we should improve the preschool education quality, facilitate the preschool education equity and
satisfy people’s
needs of high-quality preschool education constantly. |
