      美国UTR计划的成功实践培养了诸多优秀教师,作为本研究重要历史逻辑起点,A大学在此基础上,构建并实施了少数民族 地区卓越幼儿园教师“G-U-K”融园培养新模式。5年教育实践所构建起来的“G-U-K”融园管理体制、融园式卓越幼儿园教师成长 共同体、“校内+校外”个性项目化师资培育机制,将为少数民族地区师范院校实施卓越幼儿园教师计划提供有益经验参考。
英文摘要:
      The successful practice of the United States UTR program has trained many excellent teachers. As an important historical logic starting point of this study, A university has built and implemented a new model of “ G-U-K”cultivation of outstanding kindergarten teachers in minority areas. The project has accumulated experi⁃ ences during the last five years in the following aspects: administrative system of“ G-U-K ”with integration into the kindergarten mode, excellent kindergarten teachers’development community with integration into the kinder⁃ garten, and mechanism of teachers’training inside and outside the kindergarten based on personal demands, which will provide useful reference for the implementation of excellent-kindergarten-teacher-plan in normal col⁃ leges in minority areas.
