目标,根据目标确定毕业要求并进行实践课程改革。为了解决当前学前教育专业人才培养中存在的人才培养目标千篇一律、课
程设置不合理性、实践教学较薄弱等问题,必须明确基于OBE的高校学前教育专业教师工作目标,清晰本科学前教育专业课程关
系,落实高校学前教育专业课程实施,构架高校学前教育专业实践教学体系,最终实现提升学前教育专业人才培养质量的目的。 |

Based on OBE model at present, it is particularly important to cultivate specialized talents with profes⁃
sional capability, quality and knowledge to meet our social needs. Therefore, we should be more clear about ed⁃
ucation target of undergraduate talents, and should practise curriculum reform and make graduation requirement
based on the education target. In order to solve the problems of uniform talent training goals, irrational curricu⁃
lum setting, and weak practice teaching in professional talent training of preschool education major, this paper
suggests following advice to get purpose of improving professional quality of preschool education talents: we
must clarify the work goals of universities teachers of preschool education major based on OBE model; we
should clarify the relationship of preschool education courses; we should practise preschool education courses
in colleges and universities and construct a practical teaching system for preschool education in colleges and
universities. |
