摘 要:非学前教育专业教师专业补偿培训是国培3.0阶段针对非学前教育专业背景的幼儿园教师群体推出的新项目。文章以湖南民族职业学院承办的专业补偿项目为对象,对项目践行“以学习者为中心”理念的实施过程进行分析归纳,并提出了严把学员筛选关、建设以“微课”为主的移动学习资源库和引入移动直播技术拓展跟岗实践基地资源三条改进建议,为后期专业补偿培训项目的有效开展提供参考。 |

Abstract: Professional compensation training for non-preschool major teachers is a new project launched in “National Teacher Training Plan” 3.0 version, for kindergarten teachers who have a non-preschool education background. By studying its professional compensation training program in Hunan Vocational College for Nationalities, this article analyzes and summarizes the "learner-centered" concept implementation of this project. And it puts forward three improvement suggestions: more strict screening of learners, construction of "micro-classes" as a major part of mobile library of learning resource, and introduction of mobile live broadcast technology to expand follow-up internship resources to practice. By having these suggestions this paper hopes to provide reference for the effective development of professional compensation training programs in the future. |
