      摘 要:STEAM教育是以创新型人才培养为导向的融科学、技术、工程、艺术、数学为一体的跨学科素质教育。在学龄前这个STEAM素养启蒙的关键阶段,培养适应行业发展所需的合格STEAM教育师资成为影响学前STEAM教育事业成败的关键环节。本文从学前STEAM师资培养的困境出发,围绕职前和职后这对矛盾体相互作用过程中如何实现职前培养与职后培育有效衔接这个问题,以提高师资专业能力为目标,从师资标准构建、课程体系完善、培养模式改革、质量诊改系统建设四方面探索学前STEAM师资培养的突围策略。

      Abstract:STEAM education is the interdisciplinary quality-oriented education which focuses on innovative talents training and combines science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics. In the critical infancy period of STEAM calibre nurture for Pre-K kids, training qualified STEAM teachers who are suitable for the development of preschool education plays a significant role in the success of STEAM education in the kindergarten. Based on the dilemma of preschool STEAM teacher training and aiming at upgrading the professional competence of teachers, this paper studies the question of how to effectively bridge the gap between pre-service education and post-service training during the interaction process and endeavors to seek the breakthrough strategies of improving the quality of preschool STEAM teachers from the perspectives of construction of teachers’criteria, optimization of the curriculum, training mode reform and building the quality diagnosis and improvement system.
