日本幼儿园教师虐童事件鲜有发生,这得益于其采取了针对性的综合治理措施。借鉴日本经验,我国可以通过制定防治虐童问题的专门法律,设置专门机构和专业人员处理虐童问题,引导社会力量有序参与预防虐童行为,制定科学合理且规范严格的学前教育制度等措施以形成对幼儿园教师虐童问题的有效规治。 |

The phenomenon of child abuse by Japanese preschool teachers rarely occurs, which benefits from its comprehensive targeted treatment measures. Drawing on Japan’s experience, our country can set up special laws to prevent child abuse, set up special agencies and professionals to deal with child abuse, guide social forc⁃
es to participate in the prevention of child abuse in an orderly way, and formulate scientific, reasonable and standardized strict preschool education system to form an effective regulation of child abuse conducted by pre⁃school teachers. |
